Tone Thighs Fast – Without Hours of Cardio

If you have been doing endless cardio workouts without getting the results you want on your thighs, the problem lies in the actual cardio workout.

The problem with cardio is that it releases fat into the blood stream, which gets burned up throughout the workout. However, the problem is that there is always fat left over in the bloodstream that needs to go somewhere – and for women this quite often tends to be the thigh area.

But fortunately there is a way to deal with this and to lose that stubborn thigh fat and tone thighs fast!

The solution has 2 components –>

1. Weight Training;

2. Reduced carb diet

1) Weight Training, Not Cardio Needs To Be Emphasized.
The most important thing to keep in mind for faster results to tone thighs fast is that there needs to be an overall reduction in body fat, combined with targeted leg weight training.

For a Detailed Workout Plan visit ==> Tone Thighs Fast

Why Weight Training helps to Tone Thighs Fast:

Weight training elevates your metabolism for 24-36 hours. Breaking down and re-building muscle has a metabolic cost associated with it. In other words, you not only burn calories as you are doing the weight training but also after as your body scrambles to access the nutrients it needs to re-build the tissue. Traditional Aerobic exercise, with the heart rate between 65%-85% of Maximum, on the other hand, only burns calories as you perform the activity.

Through weight training you will be replacing the fat behind those dimply thighs with muscle, skin becomes firmer and smoother with less jiggles. The added benefit is that the muscle will also smooth out any cellulite area

The 2nd component in how to lose leg fat is YOUR DIET:

2) YOUR DIET: How to Lose Fat without Wrecking Your Metabolism

If you’ve ever started a diet, then smashed into the dreaded “plateau,” it’s probably because you cannibalized your own muscle and slowed down your metabolism.

You need to introduce FREQUENT meals that focus on whole foods to charge up your metabolism and enhance your bodily FAT BURNING mechanism.

Include protein in every meal and focus on high fiber foods. You need more calories to burn fiber plus they help to lower your cholesterol and hasten your waste and toxin elimination. High in fibre foods not only provide volume, but also take longer to digest, making you feel full longer. Your daily intake of fiber should be between 25 and 30 grams for adults. Fiber rich foods include apples, carrots, green beans, beets, broccoli and spinach.

Dont forget that depriving the body of normal nutrition will NOT help you get toned thighs any quicker. All that it will do is make you feel lethargic and thus unable to train efficiently!. A better way is to change your food intake. You should replace sugary and junk food with vegetables and fruits. Also, you should start drinking lots of water. It washes away the toxins generated in your body, and makes you feel healthier – an important component for anyone who wants to lose leg fat.

The Rebuild Your Vision program is a well-known instructional package that claims to be able to help people with even serious vision problems restore and improve their vision naturally, without surgery or medication. There’s no surprise as to why a program making such a promise would appeal to so many people; vision problems requiring corrective lenses are extremely common, and people who wear glasses or contact lenses all day know how inconvenient and uncomfortable they can be. Is the Rebuild Your Vision program too good to be true, or does it really live up to its promises?

The Rebuild Your Vision program consists of an eye training manual (which itself includes basic information on how the eyes work and how problems develop as well as descriptions of eye exercises), eye training materials including eye charts and an eye patch (for individual eye exercises), an audio course, and a software package. The cost is $97 US plus shipping and handling, with a 30-day trial period and a one year money back guarantee.

The basic premise behind the program is that, when the eye exercises are performed as instructed – which generally requires in the area of 30 minutes a day – vision will begin to improve noticeably, to the point where the strength of the individual’s corrective lens prescription will decrease, or lenses will be rendered altogether unnecessary.

Does the Rebuild Your Vision program actually work, though? Its effectiveness depends on a number of factors. First of all, as one would probably expect, the claims on the Rebuild Your Vision website do not hold entirely true in all cases. If you have significant vision problems, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to eliminate the need for corrective lenses entirely through eye exercises.

The main problem is that there are a variety of things that can negatively affect vision. The simplest, and generally the least serious, are eye strain and fatigue. These are the kinds of things that can be caused by activities like looking at a computer screen for a long period of time. If you fall into the category of people who begin to experience problems with vision as a result of computer-intensive work, you may very well find that the types of eye exercises contained in the Rebuild Your Vision package are effective in reducing eye strain and thus maintaining your vision.

However, more serious vision problems are generally the result of either astigmatism, which is an abnormality in the shape of the eye, or refractive errors within the eye, which cause the signals sent from the eyes to the brain to be blurred or distorted, and must be corrected with lenses or surgery. If you suffer from these problems, you’re probably well aware of how they work. There is not a significant body of scientific evidence which suggests that problems of this nature can be corrected to a significant degree through the use of eye exercises.

Ultimately, if you’re not certain as to the nature of your vision problems and/or how to go about addressing them, the best first step to take is to consult with an optometrist.

Acne is caused by the inability of the body to rid itself of wastes through normal, healthy elimination methods (typically the liver and kidneys). This internal imbalance results in a “blockage” which the body responds to by forcing the wastes through the skin, and more specifically through the sebum of sebaceous glands that are located beneath the skin.

Some of the factors that propagate the imbalance that leads to acne include:

poor diet during the beginning of menses,

increased stress

nervous tension, and

natural reactions of the body that are glandular or that relate to circulation.

Acne Treatments

Sulfur. According to Edgar Cayce, a pioneer in natural cures, acne sufferers should thoroughly mix one tablespoon each of sulphur, Cream of tartar and Rochelle salts, and should ingest one teaspoonful of the mixture each morning prior to any meal. The mixture should be taken either dry or with water.

Foods to Avoid

A diet that is full of natural foods is always best for the body. Milk, eggs, cheeses, vegetables and fruits that are in-season are ideal (with the exception of raw apples, strawberries, and bananas). Meats such as lamb, fish, fowl and lean beef are also suggested. Sugars, chocolates, fried foods and starches should be avoided completely, along with drinks that are carbonated.

Skin Care

Thorough washing of the skin twice a day with witch hazel will naturally cleanse affected areas while ridding impurities that can aggravate the skin.

Vitamins

Vitamins such as beta carotene, Vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin B6, lecithin, echinacea with goldenseal and brewers yeast can all be used in their recommended doses to promote healthier skin.

If you have high cholesterol level in your bloodstream, altering your diet to include food that reduces cholesterol is recommended. Consider these cholesterol reducing foods on your next trip to the grocery.

Fresh fruit and vegetables. Fresh fruits like apricots, berries, apples, pears and vegetables like carrots, cabbage, and sweet potatoes are high in soluble fiber so they can effectively reduce your LDL levels. Five servings a day is considered ideal.

Oats. Oatmeal and oat bran are also excellent source of soluble fiber. 1 ½ cups of cooked oatmeal is recommended; more so if combined with fruits like banana.

Walnuts and almonds. Although high in calories, these nuts are said to lower LDL levels according to studies. A maximum of 2 ounces or 57 grams in your diet is enough to reduce bad cholesterol.

Fish. A diet of at least two servings of fish in one week is recommended to reduce LDL levels for its high levels of omega-3 fatty acids.

Olive oil and other oils. Approximately 2 tablespoons or 23 grams of olive oil daily can reduce bad cholesterol; even more so if extra-virgin olive oil is used. Other oils such as canola, avocado, peanut, soy and corn are also recommended.

Sterols or stanols fortified food. Food fortified with sterols or stanols such as margarines, orange juice as well as yogurt keep bad cholesterols from being absorbed in our body. At least 2 grams of plant sterols a day, however, is necessary to see results.

Eliminating trans fat from your diet is not the only way to reduce bad cholesterol. Eating the right (cholesterol reducing foods) will also provide great results.

In the past, it was common advice to lower your cholesterol level in order to avoid the risk of coronary heart diseases. But a shift has taken place and the approach turned to raising high-density lipoprotein (HDL) or “good” cholesterol to combat low-density lipoprotein (LDL) or “bad” cholesterol. To do this, however, a change in lifestyle is essential.

Ways To Raise Good Cholesterol (HDL) Levels

Quit smoking. One of the many disadvantages of smoking is that it lowers HDL cholesterol so quitting will naturally increase HDL levels.

Get rid of excess weight. By trimming down, a few pounds can actually make a difference. Approximately .35 mg/dL increase in HDL levels can be expected when you lose 2 pounds of excess weight.

Be more physically active. Aerobic exercise, done regularly for at least 30 to 60 minutes, is said to increase HDL cholesterol. If you can manage to exercise everyday, the better chances of increasing your HDL levels.
Stay away from trans fat. Food with trans fat lowers HDL cholesterol and boost LDL levels so stop eating most prepared food with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil. Go for monounsaturated fat instead (e.g. olive, canola and avocado oils).

Moderate alcohol intake. Studies show that drinking alcohol (specifically red wine), but only moderately, can raise your level of HDL cholesterol. This is limited to a drink a day for women and a maximum of two drinks for men.

Having cholesterol in our body is normal and it’s even necessary to maintain a healthy body. That’s because cholesterol, in itself, is not bad. You only need to focus on raising your good cholesterol and keeping the bad cholesterol low.

Eczema, also known as dermatitis, is an allergic skin irritation that results from the body’s inability to expel toxins through normal, healthy elimination methods (typically the liver and kidneys). The result is the body’s use of the skin to rid the body of the toxins resulting in the skin irritation that is referred to as eczema. Eczema patients often experience burning, itching and cracking of the skin.

Treatments

Due to the fact that eczema represents an internal imbalance in its patient, treatments using natural cures focus solely on the symptoms of each individual. In effect, eczema cures aim to boost the body’s immune system, relieving symptoms, and thus eliminating the eczema itself.

Foods to Avoid

As always, a healthy diet consisting of fruits and vegetables are recommended to improve the body’s health. In general, lowering the acidic levels of the body are recommended, and foods that are highly acidic should be avoided. Starches should also be removed completely from the diet.

Skin Care

Since eczema is the outward representation of an internal imbalance, it is not recommended that creams be used as they generally suppress (drive inward) the toxins the body is attempting to expel. In certain instance, natural, topical remedies will be used by those who specialize in treating eczema naturally.

Although most shiver at the word cholesterol or at the thought of having cholesterol, the truth is that every healthy person has some level of cholesterol in their body. Cholesterol is the fat-like substance that is found in foods produced by animals (think eggs, milk and meat), and in order for the body to function properly; it must have the proper amount of cholesterol present. The problem with cholesterol isn’t its presence in the body, problems arise when there is more cholesterol present than the body needs.

Cholesterol (fat) travels through the body by attaching itself to proteins. It is this protein-cholesterol combo (called a lipoprotein) that defines the healthiness of a person as it relates to the amount of cholesterol present in relation to the amount of protein present. The classification is as follows:

low density liproproteins (LDL) / very low density liproproteins (VLDL) – LDL and VLDL are both bad cholesterols, as the amount of fat outnumbers the amount of protein in the blood. This often leads to a plaque buildup on artery walls.

high density liproproteins (HDL) HDL is good cholesterol as the strong protein amount helps the blood rid itself of bad cholesterol.

Healing Through Healthy Living

By reducing the amount of saturated fat and cholesterol consumed, a person can decrease their LDL cholesterol level. Eat healthy by including fruits and vegetables regularly in the daily rotation. In addition, since smoking lowers HDL, those who quit also realize better “good” cholesterol levels. And finally, aerobic exercise is a great way to lose extra pounds and in the process raise your HDL level.

Natural Treatments

Garlic, chromium, soy and Vitamin C and royal jelly have long been used to reduce LDL levels in the blood. Psyllium seeds, carnitine, Coenzyme Q10, pantothine, red yeast rice have been used to promote the health of HDL in the blood.
